Service Description

Purpose is to provide platform for adequately managing projects to excel at their jobs, and have continue mentoring and coaching with AishaScrumTech Coaches. *MUST HAVE A JOB OR OFFER LETTER BEFORE YOU JOIN* Activities include: o ON THE JOB SUPPORT o 1:1 Mentoring as needed to help you with your specific needs. o 1:1 Assistant in kick starting managing your Project(s) o Coaching on complex Project timelines o Overview on Project specific constraints; Scope, Schedule/Timelines, Risk, Cost/budget, Quality, Resources and Customer Satisfaction. o Coaching on weekly or monthly Project Report for Managers and Snr Leads o Assisting with creating weekly and monthly reports using excel, smartheet and ppt o Assisting with creating Project Schedules and Project financial forecasts and budget analysis. o Coaching on how facilitate Project meetings both internally and with stakeholders o Coaching on how to take meeting minutes, track Project progress, project status and action items from meetings. (Using Otter Ai for Meeting minutes) o Weekly Live Sessions o Continue learning topics from level 1 o Continue mentorship o Continue learning on Tools: Advance Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA e.t.c. o Be part of mentee WhatsApp group where you will continue to have access to AishaTech Coaches
