Purpose is to provide platform for practicing/new Scrum Masters to excel at their jobs, and have continue mentoring and coaching with AishaScrumTech Coaches. *MUST HAVE A JOB OR OFFER LETTER BEFORE YOU JOIN* Activities include: ● ON THE JOB SUPPORT ● 1:1 Mentoring as needed to help you with your specific needs. ● 1:1 Assistant in kick starting a new TEAM ● Coaching Plan that will ensure you implement action items ● Coaching on complex Jira Overview ● Agile Maturity Assessment ● Coaching on SCRUM REPORT overview ● Assistant with generating report using JQL ● Coaching on facilitation techniques ● Coaching on how to follow up on dependency ● Coaching on how to support your team during PI-Planning ● Coaching on how to get your team engaged ● Weekly Live Sessions ● Continue learning topics from level 1 ● Address burning issues at your current job ● Continue mentorship ● Continue learning on Tools: Jira, Retro-metro, Mural, and planning poker. ● Be part of mentee WhatsApp group where you will continue to have access to AishaTech Coaches
