Purpose: is to provide platform for practicing/new Kanban Lead (SUPPORTING KANBAN TEAM) to excel at their jobs, and have continue mentoring and coaching with AishaTech Coaches. *MUST BE WORKING WITH A KANBAN TEAM OR OFFER LETTER* Activities includes: ● ON THE JOB SUPPORT ● Overview on Kanban ● Be Coached on your responsibilities as a Kanban lead ● Be Coached on how to optimize your Kanban team workflow ● Be Coached on how to limit working in progress ● Be Coached on how to interpret Lead time, Cycle time, Control chart, and throughput ● Be Coached on how to generate Kanban report and dashboard. ● Be Coached on how to utilize Jira to visualize your Kanban team board ● Be Coached on how to support your teams during Kanban Delivery Planning, Daily meeting, Replenishment, and Retro. ● Be Coached on how to remove bottleneck to maximize value ● Agile Maturity Assessment to get your team to high performing ● 1:1 Mentoring as needed to help you with your specific needs ● 1:1 Assistant in kick starting a new Scrum TEAM ● Coaching Plan that will ensure you implement action items
